Customer acknowledges that Licensed Information sourced from public documents or statistical calculations, is provided on an “as is, as available” basis with all faults and defects, and neither Corso, nor Licensee, nor any third-party vendors make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, neither Corso, Licensee, nor any third-party vendors are responsible for errors, omissions, miscalculations, or misrepresentations of value.
Any use of the Licensed Information by Customer shall be at its own risk, and Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Corso, Licensee, and third-party vendors with respect thereto.
Customer Access Restriction
Access to data provided by this Site is permitted only to customers located within the United States.
Termination of Use
We reserve the right to terminate your access to this Site at our discretion. Access may be monitored.
